Dans le cadre de la formation pédagogique de base des enseignant-e-s en formation professionnelle, un dispositif d’évaluation de la pratique enseignante sur traces audiovisuelles a été introduit en 2019. Celui-ci permet d’évaluer la pratique enseignante à distance et de manière asynchrone. Intégré dans le dispositif même de formation, celui-ci se révèle être à l’origine de multiples développements chez l’enseignant-e en formation. As part of the basic pedagogical training for vocational training teachers, a system for evaluating teaching practice on audiovisual tracks was introduced in 2019. This system makes it possible to evaluate teaching practice remotely and asynchronously. Integrated into the training system itself, it has proved to be the source of many developments in the teaching practice of trainee teachers.
