Abstract

Buku ini sengaja disusun sebagai upaya untuk memberikan edukasi dan juga kontribusi terhadap dunia kesehatan dan keperawatan tentang SDB dan terapi music untuk para pasien hipertensi. Ada beberapa yang kami rekomendasikan terhadap dunia keperawatan dan juga kesehatan yakni (1) memberikan latihan SDB dan terapi musik sebagai manajemen non farmakologi dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien hipertensi primer. Hal ini dapat berimplikasi terhadap menurunnya hari perawatan dan biaya perawatan, (2) mengaplikasikan latihan SDB dan terapi musik untuk perawatan lanjut di rumah dengan memberikan pengetahuan pasien selama dalam perawatan agar pasien mampu mandiri. Secara umum kami menyimpulkan bahwa beberapa point: (1) Ada pengaruh latihan SDB terhadap penurunan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik hari pertama sampai hari ketiga pada pasien hipertensi primer dengan nilai p value < 0,05. (2) Ada pengaruh terapi musik terhadap penurunan tekanan darah sistolik dan diastolik hari pertama sampai hari ketiga pada pasien hipertensi primer dengan nilai p value < 0,05 (3) Ada hubungan umur terhadap penurunan tekanan darah sistolik hari pertama sampai hari ketiga dan tekanan darah diastolik hari ketiga pada pasien hipertensi primer dengan nilai p value < 0,05.
