Tuberculosis is a public health problem that persists and involves countries with precarious economies. In Peru, registers demonstrated the need to implement innovative strategies in the execution and follow-up of interventions. Tuberculosis care programs, like other health programs, monitor programmatic goals based on epidemiological indicators without addressing budgetary and organizational management indicators because there is usually no integrated analysis of epidemiological indicators with financial or administrative management indicators. The aim of this research was to propose organizational and budgetary management indicators that serve, in addition to their corporate objectives, to monitor the incidence rate of tuberculosis in Peru
