Abstract

Банд бўлмаган ахоли бугунги кунда хар бир давлат ва жамиятнинг алохида этибор ва ёрдам керак бўлган ахоли қатлами саналади. Банд бўлмаган ахоли учун яхши шарт – шароит яратиш учун биринчи навбатда уларга ўзига мос ва муносиб иш ўринларига ишга жойлаштириш керак. Янги Конституция қабул қилиш учун референдум ўтказилмоқда. Хозир айнан мана шу Янги Конституцияда мехнат хуқуқлари ва шароитларига оид моддаларни кўриб чиқамиз.Янги Конституцияда 37-моддага меҳнат ҳуқуқиг а доир қуйидагича нормалар қўшиляпти:
