Now a days solar energy utilization is biggest challenges facing in the world because that are totally eco-friendly energy system so, in this work photovoltaic AC motor drive utilized. The model system for changes in variations of both irradiation and temperature. The module proposed model is simulated. That all results comparatively analyses and which AC motor is given best performance. The proposed system simulated using MATLAB/Simulink software.
