Abstract

Хозирги бозор иқтисодиётининг бирмунча мураккаб механтмлари қай йўсинда ишлашини тушуниб етиш, муваффациятли фаолият курсата олиш учун бошқарув психологияси унга туғри йўл топа олишига кумаклашади. Ушбу мацолада узини-узи англаш, бошцарув цобилиятининг шакллантириш, миллий онг каби юксак туйгуларни царор топтириш орцали инсонларнинг уаётини сезиларли томонга узгартириш, уар бир ишни самарали ва мазмунли цилишга кумаклашиши ёритиб утилган. Бошцарув психологияси асосларини пухта эгаллаш орцалигина уар бир инсонда юксак уис-тушулар, меунатга ижобий муносабат, ижтимоий фаоллик, комфорт уисларини шакллантириш мумкин.
