Abstract

Мақолада озодликдан маҳрум қилиш билан боғлиқ бўлмаган жазолар, профилактика инспекторларининг озодликдан озод этиш билан боғлиқ бўлмаган жазоларни ўтаётган назоратдаги шахслар билан ишлаш фаолияти муаммолари илмий жиҳатдан таҳлил қилинган, профилактика инспекторларининг озодлик билан боғлиқ бўлмаган жазоларни ўтаётган назоратдаги шахслар билан ишлаш фаолиятини такомиллаштиришга оид таклиф ва тавсиялар асослантирилган. Муаллифнинг мазкур масалалар юзасидан турли зиддиятларни бартараф этишга қаратилган фикр-мулоҳазалари илмий ечимини топган.
