This article considers the problem of management mechanisms and development of social infrastructure of small towns in modern Uzbekistan, based on the results of a sociological study. The social status of small towns and the efficiency of existing infrastructures are important in the development of the country. Because the development or lag in the progress of small towns directly affects the development of the country. Small towns are a bridge connecting villages and big cities. From this point of view, the problem that is raised in this article is relevant. A large number of small cities compared to large or large cities in almost all countries of the world and the similarity of existing problems in them require the study of this topic through empirical sociological research and in-depth scientific analysis.
