This video illustrates the idea of Opinion Mining and Sentiment Analysis for Arabic Tweets. Al Aisaee.F, Al Darmaki.Y and Al Rahbi.K undertook Twitter sentiment analysis with application in Arabic tweet text as a research project for their Bachelor final year project of Statistics major. The project was jointly supervised by Dr. Al Hasani.I and Dr. Zaidoom.H in 2019. The study focused on Arabic tweets about unemployment issue in Oman, using a trending hashtag on this topic at that time. Al Aisaee.F, Al Darmaki.Y and Al Rahbi.K designed this video to illustrate the concept of Opinion Mining and Sentiment Analysis for Arabic speakers.
