Mfn2 mutant mice and littermate controls. 8 week old mice are 0-51 seconds, 12 week old mice are 52-123 seconds, 16 week old mice are the last 49 seconds of the movie. At 12 and 16 weeks, the mutant mice are clear and move less than littermates and show hindlimb dysfunction. The mutant mouse is less obvious in the 8 week video, but is the mouse sitting in the back right corner of the pen at the beginning of the video.
