Abstract

Bu çalışmada tüketicilerin mobil uygulamaları satın alma niyetine etki eden faktörler tüketici tercihlerinin belirleyicilerinden biri olan tüketim değerleri çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. Çalışmada Tüketim Değerleri Teorisi’nde yer alan fonksiyonel değer, sosyal değer, duygusal değer, epistemik değer ve durumsal değer sınıflandırmasından yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmada ayrıca; uygulama hakkındaki ağızdan ağıza iletişim, uygulama oyları, ücretsiz alternatifler ve uygulamanın denenebilirliği gibi mobil uygulamalara özgü faktörlerin etkisi de incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın verileri mobil uygulama kullanan 302 tüketiciden elde edilmiştir. Araştırma hipotezlerini test etmek için çoklu regresyon analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda, fonksiyonel değer, sosyal değer, uygulama hakkındaki ağızdan ağıza iletişim ve denenebilirliğinin mobil uygulamaları satın alma niyetini pozitif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Duygusal değer, epistemik değer, durumsal değer, uygulama oyları ve ücretsiz alternatif uygulamaların var olmasının mobil uygulama satın alma niyeti üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi olmadığı belirlenmiştir.
