Abstract Human health should be considered as a multifaceted concept that implies the physiological, psychological well-being and social adaptation of a person. In elderly and senile patients, the manifestation of many diseases of the organs and tissues of the mouth is associated both with the natural aging processes of the body and with the presence of diseases of the internal organs. There is no doubt that the combination of existing diseases reduces the quality of life of elderly and senile patients and contributes to their social isolation.
