The 'Pathomove' simulation is available on Github: https://github.com/pratikunterwegs/pathomove, and will be archived on Zenodo. The processing of these files to produce results and figures presented in the manuscript, is covered in the Readme of a dedicated repository holding the analysis code. This repository is on Github: https://github.com/pratikunterwegs/patho-move-evol, and will be archived on Zenodo. The content of each of these files has the same structure. This repository holds only the raw data, with one file per simulation run. This work was developed at the Groningen Institute for Evolutionary Life Science (GELIFES), at the University of Groningen.
This is a reference dataset of multiple runs of the 'Pathomove' simulation, to accompany the manuscript "Novel pathogen introduction rapidly alters the evolution of movement, restructuring animal societies". The datasets are in the form of R data objects saved as Rds files. This version of the data is intended to accompany a resubmission to eLife.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
