Abstract

Ushbu maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot infratuzilmasining kadrlarga bo’lgan talablarini shakllanishi va yangi zamonaviy mutaxassislarni takomillashtirish yo’nalishlari va bu jarayonning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlanishga ta’siri ko’rib chiqiladi. Chunki raqamli iqtisodiyot rivojlanishiga ko’plab omillar ta’sir ko’rsatadi. Asosiy omillardan biri bu zamonaviy kadrlarga bo’lgan talabni shakllantirishdir. Maqolada kompaniyalarda zamonaviy kadrlarga bo’lgan talab o’rganilgan va tahlil qilingan.
