Relevance of the research topic. In modern economic conditions, bank activity is characterized by effectiveness and efficiency. The financial basis and purpose of the bank’s activity is profit, which determines the possibilities of its development. Profitability depends on the size of the bank’s income and expenses, including labor costs. Therefore, the study of modern accounting of labor costs is relevant. The purpose of the study is to determine the information and analytical support for the management of labor costs and to determine the directions of their optimization using the tools of modern accounting policy.
