This model was trained to determine, if a patient suffers from glioma, meningioma, pituitary or no tumor. It was trained on a combination of the following three datasets: figshareSARTAJ dataset Br35H The resulting dataset contains 7022 images of human brain MRI images which are classified into 4 classes: gliomameningiomano tumorpituitaryNo tumor class images were taken from the Br35H dataset. The model was trained using this script; a summary of its performance can be found here.
