U-BDS/GbmPdxSTR: v1.0.0 - Initial release

Abstract

v1.0.0 tags the initial release of the GBM PDX STR Similarity Search Tool - an R Shiny application which provides users with the ability to search for Short Tandem Repeat (STR) similarity between your sample (query) to the glioblastoma (GBM) patient-derived xenograft (PDX) tumors present at UAB. The app also allows users to upload custom tumor line references which contain the same markers currently supported for higher flexibility in the searches. The app can be found in the following URL https://gliomamodels.com/ or launched locally via the Docker container as described in the README.
