To ensure the safe development and growth of the economy of the world community, timely and high-quality counteraction to possible risks and threats is necessary. The article notes that counterfeit is one of the threats to socio-economic security. This problem in the conditions of global globalization exists not only at the international level, but also has tendencies of its development in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The fight against counterfeit products is an urgent topic nowadays, since it is possible to find counterfeit goods in almost any branch of the market. In this regard, the purpose of this work is to study international experience in addressing issues of combating counterfeit goods and counterfeit medicines.
