Abstract

In der additiven Fertigung können Konturparameter zum erreichen besserer Oberflächenqualitäten (Rauheit, Formabweichung) genutzt werden. Obwohl durch die Verwendung dieser aufwendige Nachbearbeitungsschritten eingespart werden können, kann der zusätzliche Energieeintrag zu einer erhöhten, bauteilkritischen Porosität im Randbereich führen. Zur Ermittlung geeigneter Parametersätzen, die sowohl Oberflächenrauheit und Porosität optimieren, wird bislang im Stand der Technik keine Prozedur berichtet. Da die Parameter im Randbereich stark von den genutzten Kernparametern abweichen können, müssen diese häufig aufwendig empirisch ermittelt werden. Die Ermittlung der Korrelation zwischen Oberflächenrauheit, Randschichtporosität und Konturparameter setzt einen dreidimensionalen Bezug der Porosität zur Oberfläche voraus, was eine Kernkompetenz der Röntgen-Computertomographie darstellt .
