Abstract

Die additive Fertigung bietet gegenüber traditionellen Verfahren einige Vorteile im Hinblick auf mechanische Eigenschaften oder beim Aufbau von komplexen Geometrien. Das Erreichen von niedriger Oberflächenrauheit und hohen Bauteildichten stellt jedoch eine große Herausforderung dar. Durch die Wahl von Konturparametern wie die Laserleistung oder den Hatch-Abstand können die Oberflächeneigenschaften beeinflusst und aufwendige Nachbearbeitungen vermieden werden. Im Rahmen des Teilprojekts C4 des Sonderforschungsbereichs 814 „Additive Fertigung“ wird die Porosität additiv gefertigter Bauteile mittels industrieller Röntgen-Computertomographie (CT) untersucht und analysiert. Durch den Einsatz der CT -Porositätsanalyse im Post-Prozess wird der Zusammenhang zwischen Konturparametern, erzeugter Oberflächenrauheit und Porosität untersucht und deren Auswirkungen auf die erreichbare Bauteildichte dargelegt.
