Abstract

English: This package contains useful functions for data analysis, mainly for linear models (LM, GLM, GLMM, GAM). Although it is intended to be used in Biological Sciences, its application extends to any area of knowledge that requires statistical analysis. It is a compilation of useful functions created by myself or by someone else, but that facilitate data analysis: data transformations, fitting and revision of linear models (LM, LMM, GLM, GLMM, GAM, etc.), table exportation, among other functions. The name of the package, "Tlamatini" comes from Nahuatl, an indigenous Mexican language, which means "those who know something or those who know things." It can also be translated as wise men and was the equivalent of philosophers in the time of the Mexicas. Those of us who dedicate ourselves to Natural Sciences, like a Tlamatini, "know things," things from the natural world. The package is still in its development stage, there may be errors in some functions, and they may change.
