Abstract

Das Forschungsprojekt “Beschaffende Prostitution in der Stadt Luzern” setzt sich mit der Fragestellung auseinander, welche Bedürfnisse Menschen in der Stadt Luzern haben, die in der Beschaffungsprostitution1 tätig sind. Die Stadt Luzern verfügt über Unterstützungsangebote im Bereich Sexarbeit. Die Zuständigkeit für das Gebiet Kreuzstutz ist jedoch nicht geklärt. Zudem verfügt das Sicherheitsmanagement der Stadt Luzern und andere involvierte Organisationen über zu wenig Wissen, was die Lebenswelt von Menschen in der Beschaffungsprostitution am genannten Standort betrifft. Dieses Unwissen verunmöglicht eine gezielte Unterstützung. Die Zielgruppe sind Menschen in der Stadt Luzern, welche in der Beschaffungsprostitution tätig sind. Das Ziel der Arbeit ist eine aussagekräftige und nachhaltige Bedarfsanalyse. Der Bedarf soll im Austausch und durch Interaktionen mit Betroffenen, Fachpersonen der involvierten Organisationen und der Stadt Luzern (Auftraggeberin) erhoben werden. Die Lebenswelt der Sexarbeiter*innen in der Beschaffungsprostitution soll erschlossen werden. 1 siehe Abschnitt 4.2
