MERFISH datasets for the publication "Intratumoral dendritic cell–CD4+ T helper cell niches enable CD8+ T cell differentiation following PD-1 blockade in hepatocellular carcinoma" (Nature Medicine, 2023), generated in collaboration between the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Vizgen. See the README.xlsx for descriptions of each dataset. Requests for code can be directed to the corresponding authors, and the code will be provided within 30 days and without restrictions.
