Faster Turnaround Improves Developer Productivity

Abstract

An experience report of how a months-long infrastructure refactor contributed to more frequent testing on more systems/environments/configurations to provide scientific algorithm developers faster feedback and improve the overall team productivity. The end result is ~500 Jenkins jobs being automatically managed by a small handful of scripts.
