Set consists four folders named after the methods used to obtained the data i.e. Nanoindentation, XRD, TEM and SEM. → SEM In SEM folder there are 2 original image files that make up Figure 2 in the paper. Based on the filenames, they are clearly identifiable. → TEM In SEM folder there are 12 original image files that make up Figures from 7 to 12 in the paper. Based on the filenames, they are clearly identifiable. → XRD In XRD folder there are three .txt files that makes up the Fig. 3 in the paper. In each of them there are two columns, where 1st is 2θ (°) and 2nd is Intensity (counts per second). Based on the filenames, they are clearly identifiable. → Nanoindentation To each material state (dpa level) there are two .txt files assigned. First is named ‘[sample number] [dpa] HE [force] LD.txt’ and contains Load-displacement data. In such a file there are two columns, where 1st is displacement (nm) and 2nd is force (mN). Single curves are arranged one under another (separated with two empty rows). Second file is named ‘[sample number] [dpa] HE [force] AR.txt’ and contains aggregate data with the columns named. For virgin and 25 dpa samples there are additional files named ‘[sample number] [dpa] HE FQSM [coating thickness] AR.txt’ . These were used to made up Figures 3 and 4 in the paper.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
