ALTERAÇÕES HEMODINÂMICAS REFERENTES AO BANHO NO LEITO NA UTI

Abstract

OBJETIVO: Identificar as alterações hemodinâmicas referente ao banho no leito na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva (UTI) de acordo com a literatura científica. MÉTODOS: Trata-se de uma revisão narrativa da literatura, com o intuito de impulsionar uma análise da temática proposta. Foi realizada no mês de setembro e outubro de 2022, por meio da base de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS). RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃO: Destaca-se que antes de serem submetidos ao banho no leito, os pacientes devem ser avaliados pelo enfermeiro levando-se em consideração a sua estabilidade clínica, hemodinâmica e psicossocial. A grande maioria dos pacientes internados na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva experimenta desconforto, isolamento e perda de privacidade. Deve-se à necessidade de atenção ao conforto e higiene, bem como à alteração da mobilidade observada durante a internação. CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS: Apesar da alteração da temperatura durante a realização do procedimento ter retomado ao seu valor basal minutos após o banho, não deve ser ignorada, e condutas devem ser implementadas para minimizar seus efeitos.
