Abstract

Fachkonzept für das Digitale Archiv der Staatlichen Archive Bayerns Bearbeitet von Michael Puchta unter Mitarbeit von Margit Ksoll-Marcon, Bernhard Grau, Michael Kirstein, Michael Unger, Markus Schmalzl, Andreas Nestl. Das vorliegende Fachkonzept für das Digitale Archiv der Staatlichen Archive Bayerns beschreibt nach dem derzeitigen Stand die archivfachlichen Anforderungen für die digitale Archivierung elektronischer Informationen und Forschungsdaten im Bayerischen Hauptstaatsarchiv sowie in den Staatsarchiven Amberg, Augsburg, Bamberg, Coburg, Landshut, München, Nürnberg und Würzburg sowie die von der Generaldirektion der Staatlichen Archive Bayerns (GDA) wahrzunehmenden Lenkungs- und Querschnittsaufgaben. Ziel ist es dabei, Informationen nach Maßgabe der FAIR-Kriterien auffindbar, dauerhaft lesbar, interpretierbar und – soweit rechtlich möglich –, zugänglich sowie nachnutzbar zu halten sowie mittelfristig möglichst viele Arbeitsschritte zu automatisieren. Das Fachkonzept für das Digitale Archiv basiert auf den gültigen gesetzlichen Normen (insbesondere BayArchivG, BArchG, BayUIG, BayDSG, SGB, BStatG, BayStatG), den einschlägigen Verwaltungsvorschriften (insbesondere Aussonderungsbekanntmachung der Bayerischen Staatsregierung, Aussonderungsbekanntmachung Justiz, ArchivBO, Verordnung über die Gliederung der Staatlichen Archive Bayerns), grundlegenden nationalen und internationalen Standards für die elektronische Archivierung (insbesondere OAIS, PREMIS, DOMEA, Organisationskonzept elektronische Verwaltungsarbeit) und weiteren Richtlinien für die archivfachliche Arbeit (insbesondere OVG, Verzeichnungsrichtlinien und Beständerahmenplan der Staatlichen Archive Bayerns, ISAD(G), DIN 31644 und 31645).
