Transformación digital en las empresas: una revisión conceptual

Abstract

La transformación digital es un proceso de reconversión y adaptación de tecnologías digitales, las mismas que están inmersas en la rutina diaria de las personas, lo que motiva a las instituciones u empresas a incorporar procedimientos innovadores para cubrir la demanda de sus clientes con productos o servicios novedosos que satisfagan sus necesidades y deseos. El objetivo es realizar una revisión bibliográfica, además, de reflexionar acerca de la teoría encontrada referente a digitalización y su trascendencia en las organizaciones. La metodología que se manejó es un estudio exploratorio acerca de la transformación digital bajo la óptica empresarial, para ello, el proceso de investigación se dividió en cuatro fases (Planeación, Búsqueda, Captación, Análisis y tratamiento de la información) las mismas tuvieron soporte con herramientas tecnológicas para recolectar y organizar la información, en la cual, se utilizó el método científico analítico-sintético. Por último, como resultado se infiere que transición digital hace hincapié en la implementación de tecnologías emergentes en la cadena de valor de las organizaciones, lo cual ha permitido a empresas como Google, Amazon, Facebook, Apple o Uber aprovechar de mejor manera sus recursos materiales, de tiempo o dinero, asimismo, también ha representado la aceptación de retos y desafíos en contexto digital, social y económico.

Digital transformation is a process of reconversion and adaptation of digital technologies, the same ones that are immersed in the daily routine of people, which motivates institutions or companies to incorporate innovative procedures to meet the demand of their customers with products or services. novelties that satisfy their needs and desires. The objective is to carry out a bibliographic review, in addition, to reflect on the theory found regarding digitalization and its importance in organizations. The methodology that was used is an exploratory study about digital transformation from a business perspective, for this, the research process was divided into four phases (Planning, Search, Capture, Analysis, and treatment of information) they were supported with technological tools to collect and organize information, in which the analytical-synthetic scientific method was used. Finally, as a result, it is inferred that the digital transition emphasizes the implementation of emerging technologies in the value chain of organizations, which has allowed companies such as Google, Amazon, Facebook, Apple or Uber to make better use of their material resources, of time or money, likewise, it has also represented the acceptance of challenges in a digital, social and economic context.
