At the Göttingen State and University Library, we successfully use agile methods to develop research software. Our presentation will mainly be about Scrum. We want to describe the basic workflows we use in Scrum to make them accessible to everyone. The basic question is: When do you use Scrum at all, and why? Using an example project, will also introduce the different roles and events and, most importantly, the values on which our Scrum teamwork is based.
