A briefing for ML practitioners on the potential impact of the EU's proposed AI Act on AI developers, the risk management apporach taken, the status of the current legislative and associated technical standards development processes and some the the relevant research to support practitioners from the PROTECTm ADAPT and EMPOWER research programmes.
