Abstract

Юртимиз истиқлолга эришгач, ўзига хос иқтисодий тараққиёт йўли белгилаб олинди. Ўтган тарихан қисқа даврда иқтисодий, сиёсий ва ижтимоий соҳада мисли кўрилмаган ислоҳотлар амалга оширилганлиги бунинг ёрқин ифодасидир. Бундай ўзгаришлар банк-молия ҳамда тўлов тизимида ҳам юз бермоқда. Бинобарин, хўжалик юритувчи субъектлар ўртасида ҳисоб-китоблар механизмини ташкил этиш, тўловлар узлуксизлигини таъминлаш масаласига алоҳида эътибор қаратилмоқда.
