Farklı Organik Gübre Uygulamalarının Bazı Kolza (Brassica napus L.) Çeşitlerinin Verim Unsurları Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract

Bu araştırma, Dicle Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Araştırma ve Uygulama alanında 2019-2020 yetiştirme sezonunda bazı kolza çeşitleri üzerine farklı organik gübre uygulamaları ve kimyasal gübre kullanılarak verim ve verim unsurlarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada ana parsellere 2 kolza çeşidi (Exstorm, Es Hydromel) alt parsellere organik gübre ve kimyasal gübre olmak üzere 6 gübre (Katı sığır gübresi, sıvı sığır gübresi, koyun gübresi, solucan gübresi, tavuk gübresi) yerleştirilerek materyal olarak kullanılmıştır. Deneme tesadüf bloklarından bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre 4 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada; bitki boyu, dal sayısı, ilk kapsül yüksekliği, kapsül sayısı, kapsülde tane sayısı kapsül uzunluğu, kapsül eni, bin tane ağırlığı, tohum verimi, yağ oranı ve yağ verimi özellikleri incelenmiştir. Yapılan incelemelerde tohum verimi; kolza çeşitlerinde 175.43-247.15 kg da-1, gübrelerde ise 144.78-353.31 kg da-1 arasında değişmekte, yağ oranı; çeşitlerde % 43.23 ile % 45.35 arasında, gübreler de ise % 43.05-46.02 arasında değişmekte, yağ verimi; çeşitlerde 75.19-112.11 kg da-1, gübre uygulamalarında 64.61 ile 154.03 kg da-1 arasında değişmekte olduğu belirlenmiştir. Tane ve yağ verimi değerleri çeşitlerde en yüksek Exstorm çeşidinden, gübre uygulamalarında ise kimyasal gübre uygulamasından elde edilmiştir. Kimyasal gübre uygulamasını tavuk gübresi uygulamasının takip ettiği görülmüştür.
