Almost all experts note a large number of relapses in the treatment of genital prolapse and incomplete effects in restoring the normal position of the genital organs. At the same time, there is no single terminology, classification and unified method for examining the perineum, and medical examination of women with pelvic floor disorders does not have uniform standards, and sometimes it is not carried out at all. Characteristically, the problem of pelvic floor insufficiency can occur at any age of a woman, adversely affecting her health and quality of life.
