EDUCAÇÃO DO CAMPO - O PROCESSO DE APRENDIZAGEM DE CRIANÇAS EM TURMAS MULTISSERIADAS NA ZONA RURAL RIBEIRINHA DE MANAUS-AM

Abstract

Este ensaio dissertativo teve como objetivo geral de analisar os desafios e possibilidades que envolvem o trabalho docente no processo de ensino e aprendizagem dos alunos em classes multisseriadas nos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental em escolas públicas na Zona Rural Ribeirinha da cidade de Manaus-Am, Para responder ao objetivo foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa bibliográfica, além de uma pesquisa de campo em que foram ouvidas as opiniões de 10 professores e 15 alunos de turmas multisseriadas nas Escolas Públicas Municipais Ribeirinhas, na cidade de Manaus-AM/BRASIL, através de um formulário de entrevista elaborado pela pesquisadora. O estudo foi concebido como um estudo de caso. Aplicou-se a análise descritiva e de conteúdo aos dados obtido do estudo. Os dados obtidos a partir da análise foram agrupados em três temas principais: dificuldades enfrentadas em aulas multisseriadas, sugestões de soluções para os problemas de aulas, exemplos práticos eficazes em classes multisseriadas. O estudo revelou que existem dificuldades apontadas pelos professores e alunos em sala de aula como o esforço excessivo do professor, altas expectativas do aluno, falta de tempo, dificuldade em atingir os objetivos, papéis não docentes, condições físicas e problemas de linguagem.
