Measurement methods and components of tourism destination attractiveness: a literature review 旅遊目的地吸引力測量方法及構成要素:文獻綜述

Abstract

旅遊目的地吸引力對於遊客的目的地選擇有著重要的影響,也與目的地競爭力有著密切的關係。因此,自20世紀70年代以來,旅遊目的地吸引力問題受到了諸多學者的關注。基於對該議題相關文獻的綜述分析,该文梳理了旅遊目的地吸引力測量的4種方法,即重要性-績效分析法、層次分析法、因子分析法和目的地吸引力指數法。對於旅遊目的地吸引力的構成要素,現有研究並未給出統一的結論,但總體而言,越來越多研究認為需要從供給和需求相結合的視角探究目的地吸引力的評價指標。由於不同類型目的地自身的差異,各種類型目的地吸引力評價指標亦有所不同;而對於諸如澳門這樣的博彩旅遊目的地吸引力問題,仍具有重要的研究價值和意義。
