The comnposition and content of flavonoids in ripe fruit of R. corymbifera L grown in the Guba region of Azerbaijan were studied using chromatographo-Spcctrophotometric method. Favonoids contain quercetin kaempferol, two derivatives of qucrcetin hypcrin rutin and one kaempferol derivative kaempfero-3 galactoside. It was established that flavonoids are distributed unevenly in fruit parts and their content de- pends on the growing place of the plant The largest number of flavonoids accumulate in the fruits of plants growing in the middle mountain belt All data on the qualitative composition and content of flavonoids in fruit of R. corymbifera L have been obtained for the first time. The results on the quantitative content and qualitative composition of fruit flavonoids allow using them for the preparation of a food additive
