The role of some cytokines and oncomarkers in early diagnostics of cervical cancer and leukoplakia has been studied. The concentrations of IL-2, IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-a and some oncomarkers (CEA, CA 125, CA 19-9, AFP, HCG) in the blood serum of 53 patients with cervical cancer, 25 patients with leukoplakia and 12 healthy women was determined. The level of cytokines and oncomarkers in the blood of patients with leukoplakia was found to be higher than in the control group.
