The AMIGA power analysis tool can be used to calculate the power of difference and equivalence tests for the comparison of test and comparator varieties in proposed field trials. The tool also generates data templates and R scripts that can be used to analyse the data obtained from such trials. Note: This data archive only contains the source code of the tool. The (binary) installer and the user manual are published on the AMIGA GitHub project page.
