GRANDE PLACA ULCERADA NA COXA: UM CASO DE TUBERCULOSE VERRUCOSA CUTIS EM PACIENTE IMUNO COMPETENTE DA REGIÃO AMAZÔNICA

Abstract

A Tuberculose Cutânea (TBC) é uma entidade pouco frequente, apenas 1% a 2% de todos os casos de TB extrapulmonar apresentaram envolvimento cutâneo, sendo a forma verrucosa de ocorrência ainda mais rara¹. Possui maior prevalência em áreas tropicais de clima quente e úmido, apresentando sua incidência de modo paralelo à da tuberculose pulmonar 2,3. Relata-se um caso de Tuberculose Cutânea Verrucosa (TBCV) em paciente imunocompetente, procedente de Curralinho, município brasileiro do estado do Pará. O quadro se manifestou através de extensa placa hiperemiada e verrucosa ao diagnóstico com três meses do surgimento, sua evolução, e após três anos de acompanhamento.
