Sonderpädagogische Massnahmen im Kanton St. Gallen

Abstract

Sonderpädagogische Massnahmen bestehen aus einfachen und verstärkten Massnahmen. Im Kanton St. Gallen lassen sich die verstärkten Massnahmen aufgrund der Statistik der Lernenden darstellen. Dabei sind die Förder-, die Segregations- und die Separationsquote von Interesse. Sie werden im Vergleich zum nationalen und kantonalen Durchschnitt dargestellt. Für die einfachen Massnahmen fehlt diese Möglichkeit, weil die Erhebung durch die Schulleitungen von Seiten des BFS fakultativ ist und im Kanton St. Gallen nicht erhoben wird. Auf der Basis von 4 Antworten von 81 online befragten Schulverwaltungen, 12 Antworten von 87 online befragten Schulleitungen und 8 Antworten von 19 online befragten Lehrkräften wird versucht diese Lücke zu schliessen. Es zeigt sich, dass der Kanton St. Gallen bei allen Kennzahlen über dem nationalen Durchschnitt liegt. Aufgrund des geringen Rücklaufs der online Befragung kann ein Gesamtbild der einfachen sonderpädagogischen Massnahmen für den Kanton St. Gallen nicht gegeben werden. Die einfachen Massnahmen können aber für drei Gemeinden beschrieben werden.
