This R package runs the Surface Tiled Aerosol and Gas Exchange (STAGE) deposition model as it is parameterized in the CMAQ v5.3 release. The structure of the code is different here than CMAQ due to the intended use of this code for modeling of field scale fluxes and algorithm development. Note that this version of R code was applied to the Coweeta datasets referenced below (Walker et al., 2022) and site-specific variables and parameterizations will vary for other applications.
