Abstract

Dieses Dokument bietet einen Überblick über datenschutzrechtliche Aspekte beim Upload von Vortragsaufzeichnungen auf kommerziellen oder wissenschaftlichen Video-Plattformen. Besondere Berücksichtigung finden dabei die Unterscheidung zwischen wissenschaftlichen und nicht-wissenschaftlichen Inhalten und die Weiterleitung von Daten in Form des Videos in Drittländer (z. B. USA).
