SOMATIK KASALLIKLAR PAYDO BO'LISHI VA INSON ONGIGA TA'SIRI

Abstract

Psixosomatik kasalliklarning paydo bo'lishi bevosita o'z his-tuyg'ularini va istaklarini bostirish bilan bog'liq, ya'ni. ularni ifodalash kerak, lekin bu yerda ham qabul qilib bo'lmaydigan yoki tajovuzkor istaklar haqida gap ketganda, haddan tashqari borish mumkin. Bularning barchasini qanday bog'lash va o'zingizni boshqarishni o'rganish kerak - buning uchun psixoterapiya va psixoanaliz mavjud. Ma'lumki, har bir hissiyot organizm fiziologiyasida ma'lum siljishlar bilan birga keladi. Misol uchun, qo'rquv yurak tezligining sekinlashishi yoki ortishi bilan birga keladi. Ya'ni, agar stressli vaziyatlar, salbiy tajribalar uzoq vaqt davom etsa, u holda tanadagi fiziologik o'zgarishlar ham barqaror bo'ladi. Psixosomatik kasalliklarning paydo bo'lishida o'z ichidagi his-tuyg'ularni saqlab qolish muhim rol o'ynaydi. Bu mushaklarda kuchlanish paydo bo'lishiga va fiziologik jarayonlarning erkin, tabiiy oqimining buzilishiga yordam beradi.
