Abstract

Anorni saqlashda xavo xarorati +3+9 0 S atrofida bo‘lishi hamda xavo namligi esa 65-70 % bo‘lishi anor saqlanishi uchun optimal ko‘rsatgich xisoblanadi. Saqlash uchun joylangan anorlar har 15 kunda ochib tekshirilib turiladi. Chiriy boshlaganlari ajratib olinadi. Bunday sharoitda anorlar 4 oygacha buzilmay turadi va yaxshi saqlanadi.
