Abstract

Pseudomyrma arboris-sanctae r. symbiotica Forel, 1904b: 38, w, m. Current status: junior synonym of Pseudomyrmex mordax (Warming, 1894: 173). Synonymy: Ward 1999: 497 (s/f Pseudomyrmecinae). Type locality(-ies): “J’ai découverte cette race en mars 1896 à Dibulla, au pied de la Sierra Navada de Sta- Marts en Colombie, comme suit”. Original Karawajew labels: 2 w, “Dibulla, / Columbia”, “4325. Coll. / Karavaievi”, “ Pseudomyrma / arbor.- sanctae / ssp. symbiotica / Forel. Typus”, “ Paratypus Pseudomyrma / arboris—sanctae / symbiotica Forel ww”. Material: SYNTYPES, 2 w (CASENT0916873) (Box 6).
