Abstract

Ushbu tezisda O’zbekiston sharoitida raqamli iqtisodiyotni rivojlantirish jararyonlari zamonaviy axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarining tutgan o’rni va ahamiyati, bunda Bir million O’zbek dasturchilari loyihasining dolzarbligi va IT-park tomonidan joylarda yaratilgan sharoitlar to’g’risida so’z yuritilgan.
