The DataUp source code package

The DataUp source code package includes three components: (1) the Excel add-in; (2) the public web client; and (3) the private web service that mediates between the add-in and client and the ONEShare repository. All code is written in C# and relies on the .NET framework.

Please be aware that this code is not being actively developed, as it is an archive of the code as it was at the time of publication in the associated F1000Research article. For the latest version of this code, please see https://bitbucket.org/dataup/
