Myxoma is a benign tumor, representing the most frequent cardiac tumour. Its seriousness is based on its complications, in particular embolic. We report the case of left atrial myxoma complicated by acute coronary syndrome and transient ischemic attack. The patient was operated and underwent tumor excision with simple postoperative course. The purpose of this observation is to show the embolic potential of the myxoma which makes this tumor serious and we insist on the precocity of the management.
