Хронологично е представено развитието на законодателната рамка в сферата на културното наследство. Акцент е поставен и върху отделни моменти в областта на управление на културното наследство на базата на насоките и препоръките направени от международни организации, отразени в съответните документи. Студията е полезна както за студенти и докторанти, така и за преподаватели и специалисти в областта на културното наследство.
