Abstract

Малакали кадрлар йетишмовчилиги инновацион фаолиятга тўсқинлик қилувчи, меҳнат унумдорлигини ўсиши ва иқтисодиёт ривожланишига тўсқинлик қилувчи асосий омиллардан биридир. Хусусан, фан, технология, муҳандислик ва математика каби СТЕМ фанлари бўйича тайёрланган мутахассисларнинг йетарли даражада таъминланмагани жамиятнинг инновацион салоҳиятини заифлаштириши мумкин. Маълумки, СТЕМ фанлари билан боғлиқ гендер тафовути бутун дунёда кўп йиллар давомида сақланиб қолган. Бугунги кунда Ўзбекистон Республикасида бу масалага катта еътибор қаратилаётгани хотин-қизларнинг олий таълим ва давлат бошқарувидаги фаоллиги ортиб бораётганидан далолатдир. Ўқимишли ва билимли аёлларнинг фойдаланилмаган салоҳияти нафақат аёлларнинг ўзлари, балки бутун жамият учун бой берилган имкониятдир.
